Second time purchasing this item. I needed to ensure i bought one for when my puppy grows

The item is of good quality, but on the other hand, the sizes are not clearly specified. For a dog weighing 3kilos, I had chosen XS but it was way too small. I ordered an S but I can't close the scratch. Fortunately, there is a mouth to close. But my dog is not very comfortable.
